Virtual Karate is back for a fall season. Karate (martial arts) is a program that started in 2020 and is in partnership with 1World Martial Arts in Austin, Texas. Their knowledge and expertise brings a fun and inclusive program for LoD athletes ages 5 to 22. Classes will be Saturday afternoons via Zoom. No class on October 22 due to their tournament which LoD athletes will have a chance to participate in, and no class November 26 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
