2022 Fitness Program
We have teamed up with A3 Sports Performance to add another program! This fitness program will be 12 weeks on Saturday mornings August 13- October 29 at the A3 complex. The classes are 1 hour long and for all LoD ability levels. Balance, coordination, motor control, strength, endurance, healthy habits and more will be included in the program. Email with questions.
